Time is running out on the Christmas Gift of Health. Life gets very busy for everyone right now. Please make sure your friends and family get their Gift of Health card soon! The gift certificates have been sent by text message, email and are available on Facebook too! In December, many health commitments get thrown out the window as we rush around and get stressed, eat more sugar, spend more money than we should and sleep less. Do yourself and your family a favour, make at least ONE health commitment that you keep over the holidays. Maybe it’s to limit the amount of alcohol you consume. Maybe it’s eating only one cookie or treat when there’s a plate in front of you. How about staying committed to your workout/walk/swim/run activities? What about taking cash with you to purchase gifts instead of using your credit card? Tell a family member about your commitment to help keep your accountable.

Our mission during the Christmas season is simple:

- Support families in our community through the Giving Tree and Indwell affordable housing projects

The Giving Tree
